The 24th Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Conference (APBC) will be held in Taiwan from 21-24 October, 2026. The aim of this conference is to bring together researchers, academics, and industrial practitioners. APBC2026 invites high quality original full papers on any topic related to bioinformatics and computational biology.

APBC2026 invites high quality original full papers on any topic related to bioinformatics and computational biology.
Accepted papers will be invited to be published in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (TCBB), Computational Biology and Chemistry (CBC), Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection, Journal of Information Science and Engineering, and Briefings in Bioinformatics, subject to each journal's review and publication policies.
Accepted papers will be invited to be published in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (TCBB), Computational Biology and Chemistry (CBC), Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection, Journal of Information Science and Engineering, and Briefings in Bioinformatics, subject to each journal's review and publication policies.

We invite researchers, students, and practitioners to share their cutting-edge discoveries, innovative algorithms, and breakthrough biological insights. Connect with global leaders, spark new collaborations, and showcase your work on an international stage! We welcome submission of highlight papers that have been recently published or accepted for publication. In this case, the abstract should include a complete reference to the published paper. Please submit your poster abstract by September 15, 2026, with acceptance notifications beginning on September 16, 2026.
🏆APBC Poster Presentation Award🏆
To encourage researchers to showcase cutting-edge bioinformatics and computational biology research, we will host a APBC Poster Presentation Award during the conference. Our poster review committee will evaluate all accepted posters live during the poster sessions. The top outstanding posters will be selected, and the first author (presenter) of each winning poster will be honored with an official certificate.
