Registration Fee

• Registration Inclusions & Exclusions:

  1. • Fees Include: Conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet (22 Oct) throughout the event.

     • Fees Do NOT Include: Accommodation or travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own lodging.

• Attendance Policy: Conference registration is offered as a full package only. We do not provide day passes, nor can we offer discounts or refunds for partial attendance.

• Student Eligibility: Student rates apply exclusively to undergraduate and graduate students (including doctoral candidates) who have not yet received their degree. A valid student ID must be presented at the check-in desk.

• Accepted Paper/Poster: For each accepted paper or poster to be included in the conference program, at least one author must complete a registration. Each registration covers only one paper or poster. Authors with multiple accepted submissions must ensure an additional registration is completed for each extra submission.
