• Registration Inclusions & Exclusions:

  1. • Fees Include: Conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunches throughout the event.

     • Fees Do NOT Include: Accommodation or travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own lodging.

• Attendance Policy: Conference registration is offered as a full package only. We do not provide day passes, nor can we offer discounts or refunds for partial attendance.

• Student Eligibility: Student rates apply exclusively to undergraduate and graduate students (including doctoral candidates) who have not yet received their degree. A valid student ID must be presented at the check-in desk.
