The submitted papers must have not been published or under the consideration for publication in any other journal or at the conference. Accepted papers will be invited to be published in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (TCBB), Current Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Chemistry, Human Genetics, Quantitative Biology, Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection, etc., subject to each journal's review and publication policies.

The authors should follow the general format for online submission. However, APBC 2026 PC chair may assign your submission to a different journal and ask you to reformat your manuscript. You can prepare your APBC 2026 submission using the following templates:
