The Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Conference (APBC) series is an annual international forum for exploring research, development and novel applications in the field of bioinformatics. The aim of APBC is to bring together academia and industry to share knowledge and experiences, and to showcase innovations and achievements. It has been held since 2003 around Asia Pacific Regions.
APBC 2026
The 24th Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Conference will be organized by National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) and it will be held in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The aim of this conference is to bring together researchers, academics, and industrial practitioners. APBC2026 invites high quality original full papers on any topic related to bioinformatics and computational biology. The submitted papers must have not been published or under the consideration for publication in any other journal or at the conference. Accepted papers will be invited to be published in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (TCBB), Computational Biology and Chemistry (CBC), Current Bioinformatics, Human Genetics, Quantitative Biology, Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection, etc., subject to each journal's review and publication policies.
