Call for Posters

Conference participants are invited to submit abstracts to APBC 2026 describing recent advances on all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology. Abstract submitted to the conference should be formatted using the abstract template. The abstract body should be no more than 400 words. We welcome submission of highlight papers that have been recently published or accepted for publication. In this case, the abstract should include a complete reference to the published paper. A group of experts will evaluate the submissions and select the papers to be presented orally or as a poster. 

Due to numerous requests and to give everyone ample time to prepare their submissions, we are thrilled to announce that the poster abstract submission deadline has been extended to September 30, 2026!  For those who have already submitted, acceptance notifications will be sent out on a rolling basis.

Accepted poster submissions will be presented during the designated poster session at APBC 2026. Please prepare a portrait orientation poster at A0 size (841 × 1189 mm). 

🏆 APBC Poster Presentation Award 🏆 

To encourage researchers to showcase cutting-edge bioinformatics and computational biology research, we will host a APBC Poster Presentation Award during the conference. Our poster review committee will evaluate all accepted posters live during the poster sessions. The top outstanding posters will be selected, and the first author (presenter) of each winning poster will be honored with an official certificate and a cash prize.
